Users and taxi drivers can call 902 101 564, the Lost Items Service managed by the IMET.
By calling the number above the IMET will facilitate communication of the loss or discovery of items in a taxi. However, the following considerations must be taken into account in relation to this service:
- 1. It is not a place to deposit or collect items lost or found in taxis.
- 2. The hours of telephone assistance are from 08:00 to 20:00, Monday through Sunday.
- 3. During the rest of the day, weekends, and holidays an automated call service is used.
- 4. Both taxi drivers and users may report incidents online.
Online claims service for lost items
If the user has lost something during a taxi service, he or she must complete the form attached to this page in order to report it.
By completing said form, it is understood that the user authorizes the transmission of his or her phone number to the taxi driver in the event that the item is found.
