The services
The services that IMET carries out in the exercise of its functions are:
- Regulation and processing for the provision of the taxi service: grants the taxi driver's license, establishes the rules for the transmission of licenses and the disciplinary regime applicable to the service, processes the authorisation of vehicles for the taxi service and manages the ranks.
- Attention to taxi service users: receives customer complaint forms about the taxi service, complaints from authority agents, IMET inspectors or the sanctions department, and processes notifications from users and taxi drivers in relation to lost objects.
- Inspection of the taxi service.
